Required Skills:

10 years of experience in software design and development

2 years of experience leading a development team, providing guidance, mentorship and support while ensuring software quality standards are met.

2 years of leadership experience in software design and development under the Agile methodology

Proficiency in Java, C , and scripting under the Linux OS

Proficiency in web development technologies

Proficiency with database design and development
Desired Skills:
-
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop requirements and cost and schedule estimates.

Experience maintaining and monitoring project progress in Jira and presenting cost and schedule status
-
Experience identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
-
Experience with source control using Git and Bitbucket

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Education Requirements: To be considered for this role you must have the following:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 10 years of experience in software design and development.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
