Summary

Develop UX for next HMI concepts from both a graphical and interaction perspective. Participate in User Centered Design process and lead/assist moderating of user focused clinics. Analyze and provide feedback on UX refinement and development based on market trends and user research. Provide expertise in the field of UX design through research, development, and integration with future products within DENSO.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Understand product specifications and user psychology
  • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
  • Create personas through user research and data
  • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
  • Develop wireframes, storyboards, use cases and prototypes around customer needs
  • Work with Engineers and Designers to develop and implement attractive designs
  • Develop graphical assets, from low to mid fidelity
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Core Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Interaction Design, Product Design, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Human Factors, or related field
  • Experience in UX design projects
  • Project management skills that include the ability to define, prioritize, execute to accomplish the goals and objectives by the defined deadline
  • Experience participating in UX workshops with clients and team members
  • Presentation skills to explain strategy and proposals

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in User Experience or related UX research & Design, HCI, etc...
  • 2 years or more experience of user experience design in automotive or consumer electronics
  • 2 years or more experience in UX design projects
