Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Utilize Jira for project tracking, task management, and team collaboration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry with an Associate’s degree (2-year degree) in a relevant field. OR
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. OR
- At least 1 year of experience with automotive production control systems, exposure to project management and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Additional Qualifications
- Proficiency in Jira.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Beneficial Experience
- Participation in project management courses.
- PMP (Project Management Professional), Scrum Master certification or Jira certification.
- Experience working within a PMO.
- Communication Skills: The ability to clearly convey information and ideas to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
