About Us : We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to join our team and drive our projects to success. These projects are primarily supply chain-based projects but also include IT projects of all sorts with the primary emphasis being placed on applications.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Utilize Jira for project tracking, task management, and team collaboration.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry with an Associate's degree (2-year degree) in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 1 year of experience with automotive production control systems, exposure to project management and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Additional Qualifications
Proficiency in Jira.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Beneficial Experience
Participation in project management courses.
PMP (Project Management Professional), Scrum Master certification or Jira certification.
Experience working within a PMO.
