Job Summary :
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for various quality related tasks within the DENSO manufacturing environment act as a communication leader between foreign and domestic customers, local manufacturing, and engineering groups.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Act as a communication leader between foreign and domestic customers, local manufacturing, and engineering groups.
Lead technical meetings, presentations, etc..
Perform deep analysis of products including packaging and circuit hardware & software.
Identify, quantify and lead engineering, system, and quality improvement projects.
Communicate with OEM customer engineering groups.
Test electronic systems on vehicles at OEM factory sites.
Conduct financial or statistical analysis to decide among possible engineering options.
Occasional domestic and foreign travel may be required.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Engineering
5 years engineering experience, or co-op equivalent, in a manufacturing or related field.
Direct work with Customers and / or Suppliers.
Experience leading peer-team projects.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing / able to travel domestically (less than 1 time per month) and internationally (less than 1 time per year)
Preferred Requirements :
Familiar with Automotive Industry Quality Systems & Requirements : Toyota, Nissan, SIA, GM, Ford, Honda and TS16949 / IATF.
Familiar with circuit analysis and database design / maintenance.
Experienced with design-of-experiments, problem solving approach, statistical data analysis methods / concepts.
Self motivated, detail oriented, and comfortable in a fast paced work environment.
