Part-Time, Seasonal Pool Attendants

Looking for a fun way to spend your summer? Denstock Management is hiring two part-time Pool Attendants to join the team at The Knoll at Stone View, a luxury apartment community in Ruckersville. Enjoy working outdoors while providing excellent service to residents in a resort-style setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Check resident pool passes upon entry
• Set up and maintain pool furniture and umbrellas
• Keep the pool deck clean and free of trash
• Enforce pool rules and promote safety
• Answer questions and assist residents with a smile

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous pool or customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, reliable, and enjoys working with people
• Comfortable being outdoors in summer weather
• Must be available for weekends and holiday shifts

Safety & Security

• Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all users
• Enforce pool rules and check resident pool passes

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Keep the pool deck, chairs, bathrooms, and surrounding areas clean
• Set up pool furniture and umbrellas daily
• Skim leaves and debris from the pool surface as needed

Customer Service

• Greet residents and provide information about pool hours and rules
• Assist with resident inquiries and provide excellent service

Reporting & Record Keeping

• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain daily reports, including incident and accident logs

Additional Duties

• Assist with pool-related events or community activities
• Ensure bathrooms are stocked and tidy throughout the day
