You’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships and overseeing daily operations. Working with your District Manager, you will establish goals and develop tactical plans to achieve them. With your current team, you’ll take charge of:

• Maintaining the positioning and transportation of vehicles
• Responsible for logging and tracking all workflow in priority order for use by all shop employees and communicate any issues to the dealer
• Coordination of repair activities
• Follow company procedures and policies at all times.
• Communicate to supervisor/management relevant feedback regarding specific issues or solutions to problems, etc.
• Administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner,
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Inspect vehicles for damage, suggest needed repairs and provide estimates

What You Need to Succeed

• Entry level computer skills
• Automotive service experience preferred
• Proven ability to effectively manage customer relationships
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:
