Overview
The Practice Growth Advisor is a trusted partner for dentists and practice managers, guiding them through the various stages of practice ownership—whether they are exploring job opportunities, contemplating ownership or growing an existing practice. This hybrid role is at the front line of client interactions, blending customer success, account management, sales and support. The ideal candidate is consultative, proactive, and passionate about empowering dentists with data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Engagement:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to dentists and practice managers, helping them maximize the value of their Dentagraphics membership.
- Guide Start/Buy clients through practice acquisitions, location selection, and business planning to ensure successful transitions into ownership.
- Help Grow clients optimize their marketing, operations, and expansion strategies using Dentagraphics’ analytics tools.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, regular check-ins, and success reviews to ensure clients achieve their business or career goals.
Account Management & Growth:
- Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of Dentagraphics tools and services.
- Support retention and renewal efforts by demonstrating continued value to clients.
- Monitor client engagement and proactively address potential churn risks.
Support & Problem Solving:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries related to practice growth, acquisitions, and career planning.
- Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product improvements and feature development.
- Educate clients on best practices in data utilization, marketing strategies, and operational efficiencies.
Sales & Business Development
- Conduct consultative sales calls and demos to showcase how Dentagraphics can support practice success.
- Develop relationships with dental industry professionals, including lenders, brokers, and suppliers, to drive referrals and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Dentagraphics’ product offerings and industry trends to effectively position solutions for clients.
- Track and manage sales pipeline, client interactions, and business development activities in CRM software.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in dental, healthcare, or SaaS.
- Understanding of dental practice operations, acquisitions, and/or growth strategies.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with technology and experience working with SaaS platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously as a part of a small team
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in dental consulting, DSOs, or dental technology.
- Background in sales, marketing, or operations within the dental industry.
Compensation: $90,000 OTE and $60,000 base salary
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
