What will your mission be?

Drive innovation and operational efficiency through the integration of advanced technologies, with a special focus on the development of artificial intelligence and adaptation to the constantly evolving technological ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the IT and Digital strategy operational planning of the area, with global management scope, to enhance Dentaid's business and efficiency, aligned with functional areas.
  • Evolve technological capabilities in response to business needs like the use of artificial intelligence solutions that enhance decision-making processes and Dentaid's operations.
  • Ensure the security of information and Dentaid, efficiency and security in processes.
  • Ensure the management of external partners according to Group requirements and needs.
  • Control and management of IT asset lifecycle.
  • Budget management of the area (opex / capex).

    • FUNCTIONS

  • Lead digital transformation projects and ensure alignment with established goals.
  • Evaluate and adapt IT infrastructure to support Dentaid's growth and expansion.
  • Development of the teams under supervision. Foster IT team training in the latest trends and technologies, and company-wide knowledge.
  • Preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets.
  • Area reporting, including KPIs and project progress.
  • Relationship management with external partners, balancing internal and external capabilities.

    • What will make you successful in this position?

  • Higher education degree or bachelor’s degree in technology or related.
  • Master’s in information technology management.
  • English in an advanced level.
  • More than 5 years in a similar position.
  • Strategic and global vision of IT; focused on delivering business solutions (ability to design and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives).
  • Leadership skills (ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive change and foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement, generating links with the business areas).
  • Communication (clarity in communicating the technological vision to different stakeholders and internal clients).
  • Change management (handling resistance to change and guiding the organization through digital transformation).
