We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic dental clinic team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with dental professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize dental software systems, including Dentrix and dental insurances, to manage patient files and treatment documentation.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options, insurance coverage, and payment plans.
- Provide support as a Dental Receptionist by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and greeting patients upon arrival.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and organized for both patients and staff.
- Stay updated on dental coding for accurate billing and insurance claims processing.
