Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care, demonstrating expertise in various areas of dentistry including oral surgery, endodontics, and infection control. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and maintaining accurate medical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations to assess patients' oral health.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including dental extractions, root canals, and restorative work.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft and Epic for patient management and medical documentation.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and other staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry and oral health.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and data security.
• Experience with dental clinic operations and procedures is preferred.
• Proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft or Epic is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care while ensuring patient comfort throughout treatments.

Pay: From $207,205.00 per year
