Your Role:
As a Student Support Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our students' educational journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Student Success Mentorship: Encouraging and guiding students to ensure they meet program requirements and achieve their graduation goals.
- Administrative Support: Assisting the School Director with various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Financial Assistance: Helping students navigate financing options, including financial aid applications and payment plans.
- Campus Ambassador: Leading engaging tours for prospective students and visitors, showcasing our vibrant campus and state-of-the-art facilities.
- Event Coordination: Organizing fun and interactive events that foster community and enrich the student experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, as we offer programs in both languages.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computer applications for reception and administrative tasks, such as Google Workspace.
- Social Media Enthusiast: Experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik-Tok is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a knack for building positive relationships.
- Organizational Talent: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude; enjoying working within a team is essential.
