Position : Patient Coordinator
Office Hours : Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM

- 1-2 years of experience in a dental or medical office setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow
- Manage patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate with dental and administrative staff for smooth office operations
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism
- Verify and process insurance information

- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Open Dental experience (Required)
- Experience in dental or medical office administration
