Position Title: Remote Clinical Integration Specialist
Position Summary:
The Clinical Integration Specialist plays a key role in driving the adoption of clinical technology solutions and ensuring the consistent implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization. This position supports the integration of innovative practices to enhance the effectiveness of hygiene teams and elevate patient outcomes. This is a remote position requiring monthly travel and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
- Project Management and Implementation:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of large-scale technology implementations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new technology solutions, including vendor collaboration and clinical team engagement.
- Monitor adoption rates and provide feedback to improve workflows and integration strategies.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Design, implement, and update clinical SOPs to reflect changes in regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of resources, including guides, checklists, and training materials.
- Technology Usage Assurance:
- Track and report compliance and quality metrics to ensure adherence to technology protocols.
- Perform periodic audits across practices to address gaps and optimize performance.
- Training and Support:
- Develop and facilitate training sessions on new SOPs, tools and emerging technologies.
- Provide ongoing support to hygiene teams, ensuring proficiency with advanced technology tools such as guided biofilm therapy and Biolase laser systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Presentation:
- Partner with hygiene leaders, clinical directors, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruptions.
- Present progress reports and recommendations to Senior leadership.
Work Environment:
Remote work environment with occasional exposure to clinical settings during site visits.
Monthly travel required for training, audits, and team collaboration.
Physical Demands:
The employee frequently is required to talk and hear; stand and/or sit for long periods of time; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.

- Attention to Detail and Quality Assurance – Ensures precision and thoroughness in all tasks, from SOP development to technology audits, to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
- Organizational Skills and Time Management – Manages multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively while maintaining focus and efficiency in a remote work environment.
- Ethical Practice and Professional Integrity – Upholds confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards in all aspects of work to build trust and foster accountability.
Training & Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a healthcare-related field.
- Proven ability to manage projects and implement technology-based solutions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and training facilitation skills.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Hygienist.
- Project Management Skills.
- Ability to travel at least once a month.
- Comfortable presenting to groups.
- Experience working with vendors.
- Experience with guided biofilm technology and Biolase laser systems.
- Located in Eastern or Central time zone for Optimal collaboration.
