The base hourly range for this position is $15.47 - $30 per hour. In addition to base compensation for the role, an employee may qualify for variable compensation that includes [a production incentive] an annual [or quarterly bonus] tied to performance]. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, and certifications. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

Responsibilities:
- Patient Preparation & Support: Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
- Chairside Assistance: Assist the surgeon by sterilizing instruments, suctioning, passing tools, and ensuring optimal workflow
- X-Ray & Diagnostics: Expose and develop radiographic studies, pour and trim study casts
- Instrument & Material Management: Select, mix, and place materials as needed for procedures
- Post-Operative Care & Education: Provide oral hygiene instructions, plaque control guidance, and post-surgery care information
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment following OSHA and HIPAA regulations
- Emergency Readiness: Maintain CPR certification and ensure emergency equipment is up to date
- Documentation & Confidentiality: Accurately record patient treatment details while upholding strict confidentiality policies
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive, efficient work environment by assisting in various office and clinical duties
