The base hourly range for this position is $15.47 - $30 per hour. In addition to base compensation for the role, an employee may qualify for variable compensation that includes [a production incentive] an annual [or quarterly bonus] tied to performance]. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, and certifications. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and prepare patients for their hygiene appointments
- Collect and review medical history documentation and update records in CPS
- Assist with initial consultations, recording patient information, and taking intraoral photos
- Take clinically appropriate X-rays as needed
- Set up and break down treatment rooms, ensuring proper sterilization of instruments and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment following HIPAA & OSHA regulations
- Escort patients to and from operatories with a warm and professional demeanor
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Obtain and review patient treatment consents
- Support the dental team with additional duties as assigned
