Overview
Moorestown Dental Professionals is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our amazing team at our office located in Moorestown, NJ 08057. This is a part-time position working Tue (7am-6pm), and Thu (7am-5pm), 1 hour lunch break with some flexibility in the schedule. The position also has potential to grow into a full-time position in the future if desired.
Part-time position offers:
- $48-$55 per hour (depending on experience)

- Reimbursement for Local Anesthesia licensing, if needed
- Mentorship from our Dr.'s to develop strong periodontal team and solid communication with patient

Full-time (30 hrs or more per week), in addition to the above offers:

Responsibilities
- Through the delivery of periodontal therapies and other hygiene-related services, Dental Hygienists are committed to improving the oral health of patients. Candidates must be enthusiastic about their dental work, and willing to provide the highest level of care at all times
- Under limited supervision, the Dental Hygienist provides oral hygiene dental treatment and oral hygiene care and education in accordance with guidelines approved, issued, and regulated by the state in which they work.
- Patient screening, medical history and dental charting.
- Application of fluoride and protective sealants. Removal of calculus, stain and plaque from above and below the gum line.
- Provides nutritional counseling, and self-care programs to prevent disease.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Active Hygiene license for the state of New Jersey
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
