Dental One Associates at Beltway is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist for our clinical team in Baltimore, MD.
Position Overview:
We are passionate about preventive oral health care and value our hygiene team and the important role they play in our success. Our current technology includes; Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), 3d cone beam, hygiene lasers, and Digital scanners.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral maintenance
- Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
