Baystate Dental is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist in Greenfield, MA, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.
Position Overview:
As a Dental Hygienist at Baystate Dental, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, all while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.
As dental technology continues to improve, we strive to keep up with the latest, for the benefit of our patients, as well as our staff. We are currently utilizing hygiene lasers; 3D printers; Primescan; Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), a game changer in the hygiene world; and Overjet AI. You'll have the best technology to provide your patients with top quality care!
Schedule:
Mon-Thur (8:00-5:00)
Fri (8:00-4:00)

Previous experience is always a plus, but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The Hygienist we hire must have an active state hygiene license. New hygiene grads must me applying for license soon.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Local Anesthesia certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
