Konikoff Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in our Volvo located at, 1533 Volvo Parkway, Suite 100, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320 . Status: Hourly Monthly Performance Bonuses
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Base rate of $45 - $49 per hour, with unlimited earning potential exceeding $60 per hour.
- Sign on Bonus: $2,000
- Schedule: Monday 7:50-6pm, Wed-Fri 7:50-5pm 3rd sat 7:50-12pm
- Average Patients Per Day: 8

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
