Hygiene Assistants and Technology built into Dentrix Ascend will allow you to focus your time on Patient Care and Education. Hygiene Assistants will take care of set-up, breakdown, sterilization, x-rays, scheduling, and more. Guided Biofilm Therapy will revolutionize your day, saving 10-15 minutes per hygiene appointment without any change in hygiene appointment length. Additional technology like voice perio, voice clinical notes/templates, x-ray AI, will speed up your day as and enhance Patient care.

Lastly, you'll be working with brand new equipment as well with new Adec chairs/delivery units and more!

Required Qualifications Dental Hygienist

What We Need From You

· An active state hygiene license

· Preferred 1 year experience

· A glowing personality and a welcoming smile!

· A dependable team player with a great attitude!

· Ability to work hours of shift

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

• Through the delivery of periodontal therapies and other hygiene-related services, Dental Hygienists are committed to improving the oral health of patients. Candidates must be enthusiastic about their dental work, and willing to provide the highest level of care at all times 
• Under limited supervision, the Dental Hygienist provides oral hygiene dental treatment and oral hygiene care and education in accordance with guidelines approved, issued, and regulated by the state in which they work.
• Patient screening, medical history and dental charting. 
• Application of fluoride and protective sealants. Removal of calculus, stain and plaque from above and below the gum line. 
• Provides nutritional counseling, and self-care programs to prevent disease. 
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Desired Skills:

• Active Hygiene license for the state you applied, required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
