Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Credentialing Specialist who can perform data entry tasks and a willingness to learn the provider credentialing and enrollment process, including preparing data for credentialing and enrollment status reporting for stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for providing credentialing support, database and workflow management and other administrative assistance roles.
Responsibilities
Credentialing Support:
· Assist in gathering and verifying dental provider credentials.
· Conduct initial document reviews and follow up on missing/expired information.
Database & Workflow Management:
· Enter and update records in the credentialing database.
· Maintain and revise project management workflows in Monday.com, ensuring data accuracy.
Administrative Assistance:
· Support scheduling, filing, and internal communications.
· Assist in preparing reports and dashboards on credentialing status.

· Complete credentialing tasks within deadlines.
· Maintain high data accuracy in databases and workflows.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures:

Qualifications
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
· Experience: Minimum of 4 years work experience, optimally (but not required) in the field of data entry or credentialing.
· Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
· Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools preferential.
