Patient Service Representative
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact, greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate treatment plans with financial arrangements.
- Verify and process dental insurance (PPO only; we do not accept HMO plans).
- Present treatment plans clearly, ensuring patients understand their options.
- Maintain a well-organized and welcoming front office environment.
- Support the clinical team by facilitating smooth patient flow throughout the day.
Qualifications
✅ At least 1 year of experience in a dental office is REQUIRED.✅ Proficiency in dental insurance, treatment planning, and financial presentations is REQUIRED.✅ Outstanding customer service and communication skills.✅ Experience handling patient inquiries and appointment scheduling.✅ A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.✅ Availability to work as needed within our office hours (6:30 AM - 4:30 PM).

The base hourly range for this position is $17.73 - $30.25 per hour. In addition to base compensation for the role, an employee may qualify for variable compensation that includes [a production incentive] an annual [or quarterly bonus] tied to performance]. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, and certifications. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
