Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting, attending phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, checking-in & checking-out patients, scanning documents, and communicating with patients and dentist. Rigorous training will be provided to the new team members.

Front Desk Job Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming patient , patient check-in and responsible for scheduling the next appointment and dental cleaning at check-out.
2. Answering incoming phone calls and appointment scheduling.
3. Calling and sending text reminder messages to past due patients to schedule next dental cleaning appointments.
4. Scanning patient information into the patient management software and maintaining updated reports.
5. Making outbound calls for hygiene appointments and confirmation appointments scheduled.
6. Auditing patient schedule for past due dental cleaning and help patients schedule their cleaning appointment.
Competency Required (Must Have):
1. Experience in dealing patient with care.
2. Fluency in Spanish & English

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
