What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treatment Coordinator position at Dental Care and Implants?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Dental Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the treatment planning process.
* coordinating patient appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the dental office.
* Communicate treatment options and associated costs to patients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
* Collaborate with dentists and other dental professions to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
* Educate patients on detnal procedures, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care instructions.
* Follow up with patients to schedule and confirm appointments, and provide reminders as needed
* maintain a clean and organized dental office environment.
* Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental office or healthcare setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members
* Detail oriented, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of dental insurance processes and coding is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
