Duties:
- Oversee and manage the treatment planning process for patients in a dental office setting
- Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients on recommended treatments, procedures, and oral health care
- Coordinate scheduling of treatments and appointments for patients
- Ensure accurate documentation of treatment plans and patient records
- Monitor the progress of ongoing treatments and follow up with patients as needed
- Provide support and guidance to dental office staff regarding treatment planning and patient care
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental office or related field
- Knowledge of dental procedures, treatments, and terminology
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., practice management software)Preference Dentrix
