Dental Care at Casey Key is seeking a friendly, motivated, and organized Business Assistant. As the first point of contact for our Guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all Guests on the telephone and in person.
As the premium dental office in South Sarasota you will have the privilege o f helping our patients on their journey to great dental care!
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a welcoming, comforting, and knowledgeable manner.
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assist patients with appointments, insurance eligibillty, and payment solutions.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and office.
- File patient insurance claims with attachements, follow up on outstanding claims, verification of benefits and explanation of coverage.
-Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivables.
- Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
- Follow the daily, weekly, and monthly business assistant schuedule of duties accurately.
- Postive, knowledgeable, and growth mindset attitude with a desire to be part of a team.
Preferred Experience:
- 1 years of experience in a dental or medical setting.
-1 years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable.
- Dentrix or dental software experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
-Able to follow timelines and work with deadlines.
