We’re looking for a Patient and Financial Coordinator who brings positive energy, polish, and professionalism to our growing team. This isn’t just a front office job – it’s a vital role in the delivering of first-class, comprehensive dental care and creating meaningful patient relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Managing schedules, follow-ups and patient communication like a pro
· Discussing financial arrangements with ease
· Presenting comprehensive treatment plans clearly and confidently
· Building trust and rapport with patients
· Partnering with the doctor as a key part of a highly collaborative team
· Tracking metrics and staying dialed into the numbers that matter
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in Dentistry – especially with treatment coordination, financial discussions and scheduling
· Confidence in patient conversations – you’re comfortable talking about full-mouth reconstructions, smile make-overs, and their value
· Positivity and professionalism – you bring the vibe and patients love you for it
· Speed and accuracy – quick, organized, detail-oriented, and a systems thinker
· Bonus: Clinical assisting background or experience with clinical support
Software You’ll be Using:
· Dentrix – our core platform for scheduling, treatment planning and patient records
· Weave – for seamless patient communication
· eAssist – our partner in insurance management
· Google Sheets – because we track everything, and you’ll help us stay on top of the details that drive success

Our patient hours are:
- Monday: 9:00-5:00
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 8:30-4:00
- Thursday: 7:30-2:30
- Incredibly rare Fridays
