Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care and treatment. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, educating patients on oral health, and ensuring a comfortable experience for all patients.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and dentures (Prosthodontics).
• Administer local anesthesia and sedation as necessary while adhering to infection control protocols.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix Ascend or Epic.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques and medical imaging technologies is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within a dental clinic setting.
