Position Summary:
As a Hiring Assistant, your primary responsibility is to support the recruitment process by coordinating various tasks related to candidate sourcing, reviewing applications and resumes, grading necessary assessments, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams. Operating as an independent contractor, you will collaborate closely with Human Resources and Hiring professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your role requires a high degree of self-management, accuracy, and the ability to deliver timely results while working remotely.

In this role, you will:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates, ensuring a consistent pipeline of talent.
Quality Control:
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of candidate information, feedback, and assessment scores that align with quality standards.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and feedback.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records of candidate information, assessment scores, and feedback in the companys HRIS.
Self-Management and Independence:
- Manage your workload effectively, demonstrating the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.
Success Criteria:
Quality of Hire:
- Achieve a minimum of 85% of hires meeting or exceeding performance expectations during the first 90 days.
Accuracy in Evaluation:
- Maintain an accuracy rate of 95% or higher in aligning candidate assessments with job requirements.
Time-to-Fill:
- Ensure an average time-to-fill of 30 days or less from job posting to candidate offer acceptance.
Candidate Experience:
- Maintain a candidate satisfaction score of 9 or above (on a scale of 1-10) based on post-interview surveys.
Confidentiality Adherence:
- Ensure 100% compliance with confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive candidate information.
Organizational Efficiency:
- Successfully manage 95% of assigned tasks within agreed timelines, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Tech Proficiency:
- Demonstrate proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and related technologies, completing tasks with 98% accuracy.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Highly organized and tech-savvy, familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes.
- Experience working as an independent contractor is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with Human Resources at all levels.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and billing (preferred, but not required).
