Applicants must be licensed to practice dental hygiene in the state of Wisconsin. We value applicants that have experience working in a professional dental atmosphere, but above all else those that possess a smiling face and a willingness to learn.

Job Summary:
- Perform all procedures as outlined in patient’s treatment plan including dental prophylaxis, x-rays, root planing, curettage, sealants and other related procedures.
- Educate patients about oral health in areas such as diet, oral hygiene and professional dental care.
- Assist attending dentist with recall exam.
- Maintain and update treatment plans and charts as needed.
- Other duties as assigned to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications
Qualifications:
A. Education - Graduate of a two or four year dental hygiene program.
B. License/Certification - Must hold a valid license to practice dental hygiene in the state of
Wisconsin. Must hold a current CPR certification. Must complete required continuing
education requirements.
