Summary :
The Manager of Distribution will oversee the distribution and supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and seamless delivery of products to the market. This role requires a strong background on purchasing, vendor relations, and ensuring optimal processes for Dental Crafters Network products. The Manager will collaborate with internal teams, particularly sales and marketing, to ensure smooth integration of distribution activities with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the distribution process, focusing on optimizing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness.
- Lead purchasing activities, including managing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to launch new products, ensuring seamless coordination between distribution and business strategies.
- Oversee key vendor relationships, Argon Dental USA and Shining 3D distribution, managing inventory control processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for any related needs, while optimizing the supply chain to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
- Own and manage the internal raw material fulfillment process for Dental Crafters Network, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Implement best practices to optimize order processing and delivery timelines.
- Partner with the production team to align distribution efforts with production schedules and inventory needs.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement continuous improvements across the Network
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations for the distribution of all Network products.
- Manage all aspects of the purchase order process, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of materials and goods.
- Serve as the owner of the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) process, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee and manage a portion of the Purchase Order (PO) process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for materials and goods.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficient in distribution software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
