Business Support Specialist

KOS Services / Dental Dreams LLC is looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our team and evaluate how our company operates in order to provide recommendations on how we can improve efficiency and effectiveness across our organization. This is a fully onsite role, at our corporate office in downtown Chicago (350 N Clark St.).

Responsibilities include reviewing current policies and operating procedures, developing changes to enhance efficiency and working with our managers to implement new policies and procedures as needed. Ultimately, you will work closely with our leaders and managers to provide ways our organization can improve efficiency and reach our goals in less time. The Ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and problem-solver; an analytical thinker with strong reporting skills and experience in a business administrative role. Previous Dental or Healthcare experience is a big plus!

Responsibilities:

• Document findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop new processes and procedures to enhance business operations and workflow.
• Support clinics with business operations, material resources, and other needs
• Work with managers and employees to implement changes
• Train employees on new systems, policies, and procedures to improve adoption and effectiveness.
• Analyze the effectiveness of new processes and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage and update various reports using Excel.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data and improve operational processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using statistical and database software for report generation and analysis.
• Consulting and project management expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and reports while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency in organizing and coordinating reports related to financial, operational, and other data.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field preferred
• Previous Healthcare / Dental experience preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
