Job Description
Dental Dynamic Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Dentist to join our client's team on a permanent basis. This full-time role offers excellent growth potential and a supportive, collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Locate and repair cavities, prepare and fit dental crowns, and perform procedures for molding, capping, and recapping teeth
• Maintain detailed dental histories and charts for patients
• Recommend corrections for complex dental treatments through counseling and referrals
• Guide and counsel patients on preventive dental care
• Provide comprehensive dental treatment, including urgent care, operative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, prevention, and pediatrics
• Supervise and guide dental staff as needed
• Strong expertise in dental implants, full extractions, bone grafts, sinus lifts, and restoration work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in the state of Florida
