Dental Excellence is hiring a Facility Maintenance Associate to join our maintenance team. The Facility Maintenance Associate will report to the Facilities Manager. The mission of the Facility Maintenance Associate is to help ensure the company’s facilities, equipment, and software properly support Dental Excellence’s operations and patient experience. The Facility Maintenance Associate will help ensure maintenance and projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Performance Indicators
- Timely response to maintenance requests
- Preventative maintenance to mitigate production downtime
Key Responsibilities
- Completing maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Following and performing preventative maintenance inspections
- Performing physical maintenance within the scope of the position
- Reporting to Facilities Manager all maintenance issues
- Assist in project planning
- Assist in implementing process improvements plans
- Ensure proper stewardship and efficient use of company resources
