Our team at Dental Excellence is looking for a fun, outgoing, professioanl Dental Hygienist who brings a positive attitude and has a passion for dentistry like we do. Our team is compassionate, caring and a close-knit work family who values and appreciates working together. We are a fun, stress and drama free single doctor practice that prides ourselves in providing the highest quality care to our family of amazing patients and to our valued employees.
Our practice is looking for a hygienist 3 days a week Monday to Thursday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. We are FLEXIBLE and willing to coordinate according to your preference on work days! We are NOT a corporate dental practice.
Requirements for employment include :
- The ability to educate in a kind manner
- Team based attitude, willingness to cooperate and pitch in
- Competent in digital charting and navigating computer software (Dentrix)
- Knowledge of periodontal disease and performance of SRP
- Periodontal charting
- Taking BW, PA and panoramic X-rays
- Reviewing health histories
- Operatory set up for next patient
- Current Oregon state Dental Hygiene license
- Current license to administer nitrous oxide and local anesthetic
- Current CPR certification
