- Maintain accurate medical records and patient files in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with billing processes, ensuring accuracy in claims submission.
- Utilize DENTRIX software for patient management and record keeping.
- Communicate with patients regarding care plans and treatment options.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming for patients.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental or medical administrative support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental coding practices and terminology is highly desirable.
- Experience with managing medical records in a clinical setting is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Dentrix dental practice management software is an advantage.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
