Schedule: 4-day work week (Mon–Thurs OR Tues–Fri alternating)

You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
- Have 5 years in a dental office and at least 2 years as a dental assistant
- Excel at insurance verification, billing, and claim submission
- Can confidently explain treatment plans and financial options
- Are skilled in treatment coordination, AR, and collections
- Thrive in a technology-driven office environment
- Are a clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Can problem-solve and manage patient concerns with confidence and empathy

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing insurance claims, financial agreements, and patient billing
- Assisting chairside when needed (back-office experience required)
- Creating trust and rapport with patients to help them commit to treatment
- Using tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and digital dental platforms
- Monitoring KPIs such as collections, AR balances, and overdue claims
- Contributing to a team culture focused on excellence and continuous growth
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Carestack dental software
- Experience with medical billing for sleep appliances
- Strong cross-training in both front and back office functions
