Requirements
At least 5 years in a dental office; Minimum 2 years experience as a dental assistant.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook
Understanding of dental codes, nuances of insurance billing, and posting of claims.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, doctors, office team
Able to confidently resolve conflict and find mutually beneficial solutions
Energetic and positive professional both in person and on the phone
Excelling at treatment planning, scheduling, and working with financing options with patients
Preference Given
Knowledge of Carestack
Medical billing experience for sleep appliances
Preference is given to individuals who have more working experience in both the back and front office.

Schedule: M-Th / Tue-Friday rotating schedule
Compensation: $24-28 / hour plus incentives,PTO, paid holidays, simple IRA with matching, health insurance options, and discount on dental services.
