Duties
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls front call center, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Utilize medical office software, Dentrix, for patient management.
- updating medical health history
- collecting and posting payments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning and attaching paper documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with dental terminology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with patients and team members.
