We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate General or Pediatric Dentist to join our growing practice. This role is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about pediatric and adolescent dentistry, enjoys collaborating with a small team, and has the initiative to help grow a new practice.
As part of this position, you will also participate in a monthly Cleft Lip and Palate Team, working with a multidisciplinary group of health professionals. Together, you will collaborate on the best course of treatment for patients, focusing on their dental health while considering their overall health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric and adolescent patients.
- Build trusting relationships with patients and their families, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate monthly in a Cleft Lip and Palate Team, contributing to the overall treatment planning and dental care for patients with cleft lip and palate conditions.
- Engage in community outreach initiatives to build relationships with local dentists, schools, and organizations.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to help grow and develop the practice.
- Maintain a positive, upbeat demeanor and a strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Graduate of Pediatric Dentistry Residency (Pediatric Dentists only).
- Active state dental license in good standing (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Experience working with pediatric or adolescent patients is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and team members.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to practice growth.
- Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Interest in working as part of a multidisciplinary team for cleft lip and palate cases.
