What You'll Do
The Recruiting & HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the HR Team & helping to execute HR tasks, as well as sourcing, screening, and progressing both passive & inbound candidates through our talent acquisition process. This individual will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR Team & DI employees on all sorts of HR initiatives, and will also partner with hiring managers, and interview teams to shepherd them through the hiring process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be coachable, open minded, self-motivated, and a highly accountable team player. Our small (but mighty) HR Team has big goals to achieve, so this is an excellent opportunity for someone that wants to develop their HR skills in Talent Acquisition but also aspires to expand their general HR expertise.

- Some previous recruiting experience is required, preferably within the tech/ SaaS space.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising excellence.
- Adept at triaging and sorting through competing demands.
- Sense of urgency and ownership, flexibility, and agility. A driver who finds solutions, keeps pace, and models client service excellence.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Rippling, Zenefits/ Trinet/ Jazz HR, preferred but not required)
- Detail-oriented with an unwavering focus on quality results & deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
