Job Description
You'll play a crucial role in educating patients about their specific dental needs and achieving their acceptance of treatment plans. You'll oversee all administrative tasks, and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office staff, mentor and guide as needed to obtain best results.
- Educate patients on the benefits of proper dental care.
- Offer third-party finance options, such as Care Credit, confidently and effectively.
- Follow up on all unaccepted treatment plans via telephone and electronic communications.
- Understand PPO, HMO, DentiCal, and cash-paying patient treatment plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the front office team as needed.
- Monitor and work progressively to achieve production and collection goals.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory compliances.
- Conduct and present all treatment consultations confidently.

- Maywood - SATURDAYS AND/OR SUNDAYS
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year as an Treatment Coordinator Or Dental Office Manager in another dental office.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Working knowledge of dental software such as Open Dental
- Knowledge and experience in customer service and case acceptance.
