Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead CAD/CAM Designer to join our dynamic team in Jupiter, FL. This is a pivotal role in our state-of-the-art dental practice, where you will apply your expertise in full-arch designing and complex treatment planning to deliver outstanding results for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create precise CAD/CAM designs for complex full-arch restorations and advanced dental prosthetics.
- Collaborate with dentists, specialists, and lab technicians to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
- Leverage your expertise in 3Shape and Exocad software to streamline design processes and enhance efficiency.
- Manage and mentor junior team members in CAD/CAM techniques and workflows.
- Troubleshoot design challenges and provide innovative solutions for complex cases.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control and adherence to treatment plans.
- Stay current with industry advancements and integrate new technologies into daily operations.
Qualifications:
- 10–15 years of CAD/CAM design experience in the dental field.
- Proficient in 3Shape and Exocad software.
- Extensive experience in full-arch restoration designs and complex treatment planning.
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials, and laboratory workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clinical and technical teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Jupiter, FL.
