A high-end, patient-focused dental practice is seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Dental Designer to join their in-house team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technician experienced in digital design workflows—from single units to full-arch All-on-X cases.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented dental technician who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The CAD/CAM Designer will work closely with prosthodontists, surgeons, and the in-house lab team to produce accurate, high-quality restorations using leading design software and digital manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design a full range of restorations, including crowns, bridges, veneers, implant abutments, and All-on-X prosthetics;
- Collaborate with clinicians and lab team members to ensure precise, patient-specific outcomes;
- Manage digital workflows from intraoral scans through final design;
- Operate and maintain in-house 3D printing and milling machines, including material selection, calibration, and troubleshooting;
- Maintain software and hardware systems, and assist with updates and equipment optimization; Participate in case planning for complex restorative and implant cases;
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in dental CAD/CAM design (both single unit and full-arch);
- Proficiency in design software such as Exocad or 3Shape;
- Hands-on experience operating and maintaining 3D printers and milling machines;
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and implant workflows;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; High attention to detail and ability to work independently;
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $60,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience;
