About the Role:
We are seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of our dental laboratory. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing cost controls, employee management, quality, production, customer retention, and lab growth. As the on-site representative of the Board of Directors, you’ll ensure the lab meets operational goals while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with regional and company leadership.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.

HR Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor employees to maximize productivity and quality.
- Oversee performance reviews, employee relations, and adherence to company policies.

Production & Quality Control:
- Plan and manage production to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
- Establish quality control processes to maintain product standards and meet production goals.

Marketing & Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth.
- Organize CE events and actively contribute to marketing initiatives in collaboration with the team.

Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, labor costs, and materials to meet financial objectives.
- Oversee inventory and procurement to ensure cost-efficiency.
Who We’re Looking For:
A hands-on leader with strong management, organizational, and technical skills in the dental laboratory industry, or medical device Experience with production workflows, employee training, and client growth strategies is essential.
