About the Opportunity :
We are a start-up dental lab located in Jersey City, NJ, set to open mid-April . We are seeking an experienced and innovative Dental Lab Manager to lead our operations. This high-tech lab will specialize in both fixed and removable dental prosthetics, including complex All-on-X cases. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape and scale a state-of-the-art dental lab from the ground up, with plans to grow nationally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire production process, including fixed, removable, and All-on-X cases.
- Execute heavy bench work during the initial 6–9 months, transitioning into a management role as the team expands.
- Utilize advanced technology such as 3Shape , Exocad , and modern printing and milling processes while maintaining a strong understanding of analog techniques.
- Collaborate closely with doctors for case planning, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and build a skilled team to support the lab's growth.
- Work alongside business development staff to ensure smooth operations and scalability.
