Dental Lab CAD/CAM Designer – Complex Case Design
Location: Charlotte, NC.
Compensation: Up to $90,000 (based on experience) IN PERSON ROLE (NOT REMOTE).

A premier and rapidly growing dental laboratory in Charlotte, NC is seeking a highly skilled CAD/CAM Designer to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented technician with a passion for high-end, complex case design to be part of a lab known for its exceptional quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Design complex dental restorations including:
- Aesthetic anterior cases.
- Implant and multi-unit cases.
- Hybrid/All-on-X cases (experience highly preferred).
- Digitally scan analog impressions for digital case design.
- Collaborate closely with the lab team to ensure precision, functionality, and esthetics in all designs.
- Assist in expanding the lab’s All-on-X offerings.
- Participate in 3D printing workflows (experience preferred).
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced experience with complex case design in a dental lab setting.
- Proficient in 3Shape and Exocad software.
- Strong understanding of digital workflows, including scanning analog impressions.
- Experience with full arch/hybrid restorations and All-on-X designs highly desired.
- Experience with dental 3D printing strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
