We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Dentist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our thriving dental practice in Asheville, NC. Our well-established and patient-focused practice offers a dynamic environment with a strong support team, advanced technology, and a steady flow of patients.
Practice Overview:
- Average Production: $257,707 per month
- Average Collections: $238,800 per month
- Total Operatories: 12
- Total Doctors: 2
- Total Hygienists: 5
- Technology: Itero, CBCT
- Insurance Accepted: We file all insurances and are IN NETWORK with Metlife, Cigna, Delta, BCBS NC, and Lincoln
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose, plan, and perform a variety of general dental procedures
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to ensure excellent patient experiences
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid North Carolina dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with advanced technology such as Itero and CBCT is preferred but not required
