About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, production workflow, quality control, and team leadership . The GM will lead department managers, optimize efficiency, and ensure outstanding customer service for our clients.
This is a high-impact role for an individual with strong dental lab experience, proven leadership skills, and a vision for growth . You will work closely with our CFO, board members, and leadership team to enhance operations and support long-term expansion.

- Oversee and mentor department managers across production, quality control, and office operations.

Who We’re Looking For :
10 years of experience in dental lab operations , with 5 years in a leadership role .
Strong knowledge of fixed, removable, and digital workflows .
Proven experience managing teams and department heads in a fast-paced lab environment.
Excellent customer-facing skills , with the ability to communicate technical expertise to dentists .
Ability to implement process improvements, drive efficiency, and optimize workflow .
Experience in corporate or private equity-backed environments is a plus .
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills .
Comfortable with Exocad, 3Shape, or other digital design workflows (preferred, but not required).
