Position Overview:
As an All-on-X Dental Technician, you will be responsible for finishing and finalizing All-on-X cases, ensuring high-quality prosthetic results that meet both functional and aesthetic standards. This role is essential in upholding our commitment to craftsmanship and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prosthetic Finishing: Complete the finishing processes for All-on-X cases, including shaping, contouring, staining, glazing, and polishing.
- Quality Control: Inspect and adjust prosthetics for accuracy in fit, function, and aesthetics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow for each case.
- Material Handling: Manage materials used in the fabrication and finishing process, ensuring efficiency and minimal waste.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of case specifications, modifications, and final outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a dental lab setting with expertise in All-on-X or full-arch restoration cases.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in finishing All-on-X cases, including CAD/CAM technology, hand tools, and ceramic techniques.
